Referral Program Terms

Version 1.0. Effective [01 October 2026].

1. About this program

  1. 1.1LoanLens Financial Pty Ltd ACN [699366124], trading as LoanLens, runs this referral program. Piyush Singh is a Credit Representative [580112] of Purple Circle Financial Services Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence [486112].
  2. 1.2The program lets you introduce someone to LoanLens and, if a loan we arrange for them settles, receive a thank-you gift card on these terms.
  3. 1.3By submitting a referral you accept these terms. They apply to referrals recorded on or after [01 October 2026].

2. Who can refer

  1. 2.1You must be an individual aged 18 or over, acting in a personal capacity.
  2. 2.2You can't take part if you are an employee, contractor or associate of LoanLens or Purple Circle Financial Services, or someone who refers clients as part of a business or profession (contact us about a separate arrangement).
  3. 2.3You can't refer yourself, or be an applicant, co-borrower or guarantor on the loan of the person you refer.

3. Who can be referred

  1. 3.1The person must be an individual aged 18 or over who is new to LoanLens: not a current client, and not in contact with us about a loan in the [12 months] before your referral.
  2. 3.2If more than one person refers the same individual, the first valid referral we record counts.

4. Your confirmations

  1. 4.1When you give us someone's details, you confirm that they asked you to pass them on, that they agreed LoanLens may call them about their lending needs, that the details are correct, and that you've told them you may receive a gift card if their loan settles.
  2. 4.2You must not recommend any lender, loan product or rate to the person you refer, give them credit advice, or charge them any fee in connection with the referral.
  3. 4.3If you give false or misleading details, or details of someone who hasn't agreed to be contacted, we can cancel the referral and any reward.

5. Our contact with the person you refer

  1. 5.1We'll call the mobile number you gave within 1-2 business days, twice at most. We won't email or text your friend first. If you gave their email, we'll use it only after they've replied to us.
  2. 5.2On the call we'll tell them who referred them, that you may receive a gift card, and that they don't have to proceed.
  3. 5.3If they don't want to proceed, or we can't reach them after two attempts, we'll close the referral and delete their details within [90 days].

6. What counts as a successful referral

  1. 6.1A referral is successful when the person applies through LoanLens for a residential home loan secured by property in Australia, and the loan is approved and settles within 12 months of the referral with a settled amount of at least $250,000.
  2. 6.2It must be the first loan that person settles through LoanLens under the program. We decide in good faith whether a referral is successful, and this doesn't limit your right to complain.

7. The reward

  1. 7.1For each successful referral we'll offer the referrer up to $500 gift card for settled loan value up to $750,000, or up to $1,000 gift card if the settled loan amount is above $750,000. The reward goes to the referrer only.
  2. 7.2We'll contact you within 30 days of settlement. The gift card is a preloaded Visa or Mastercard, depending on availability, and must be activated within three months of issue. There's no cash alternative.
  3. 7.3The reward is a thank-you, not payment for services or a share of our commission. Any tax consequences are yours, so get your own advice if you're unsure.
  4. 7.4We may withhold or cancel a reward if the loan is discharged or cancelled before we issue it, if these terms are breached, if we suspect fraud, or if a law, regulator or Purple Circle Financial Services requires it.

8. No effect on advice

  1. 8.1We must act in the best interests of each client. The reward doesn't influence which loan or lender we recommend, or whether we give credit assistance at all.
  2. 8.2We'll tell you only that a reward is payable. We won't share anything else about your friend's application without their consent.
  3. 8.3A referral doesn't guarantee that a loan will be approved, at any rate, or that we can help.

9. Privacy

  1. 9.1We collect your details and your friend's details to record the referral, contact your friend, check eligibility, issue rewards and keep records. We keep them in Google Workspace, with access limited to LoanLens. Google may store data outside Australia.
  2. 9.2We may share referral details with Purple Circle Financial Services and with service providers who help us run the program.
  3. 9.3Details of referrals that don't go ahead are deleted within [90 days]. By ticking the consent box, you agree we may send you occasional updates by email or text, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We won't add your friend to any marketing list because of your referral.
  4. 9.4Our Privacy Policy [link] explains how to access, correct or ask us to delete your information.

10. Changes, complaints and governing law

  1. 10.1We can change, suspend or end the program or these terms at any time by updating this page. We'll assess a referral under the terms in force when we recorded it, unless a law, regulator or Purple Circle Financial Services requires otherwise.
